There is 'No Network' showing on my device

This problem may be a temporary network problem or because of low coverage area. Switch off your phone, restart and select the network manually. If the problem still persists, kindly register a complaint at networks@matrix.in

I received an error message – 'SIM Registration failed'

If you face this problem at the beginning of using the SIM card, there is a possibility that the SIM card is not activated and the number needs to be verified by the network.

I am unable to receive calls

If you are unable to receive calls, check that the correct mobile number has been given. It is also possible that a Divert may have been sent to Voice Mail box. In such a case, Call/Mail the Network and get the Voice Mail deactivated by dialing ##002#

If you face this problem some time later after using the services, there is a possibility that the SIM card has got damaged/corrupted. In such a situation the SIM card will be delivered to you at the international location.

I am getting an error message – 'Enter restriction code/Insert SIM'

This problem will arise in you are using an unlocked handset. In such a situation, you need to insert the SIM card into another handset or get the handset unlocked by the local service provider.

There is also a possibility that your incoming calls are barred. In such a case, Call/Mail the service provider to resolve the issue. Also check if the correct dialing procedure is being used by the people trying to call you on your Matrix number.
