Do I require any CD to install the driver software for Matrix Data cards?

Matrix data cards are ‘plug & play’ devices for all compatible versions of Windows. It has inbuilt self-installing software. However, for the Mac OXS, a CD or a mass storage device containing the driver software is required for installation.
