What are the documents required to obtain the connection?
The documents required at the time of sign-up are:
- Matrix Customer Agreement Form, duly filled and signed
- Photocopy of the passport of the student + student visa
- Photocopy of the admission letter of the college, where the student is enrolled at
- Photocopy of the guarantor’s credit card
- Photocopy of a valid ID proof of the guarantor
- And in case, the student is using a special offer from Matrix or any of our partners, a copy of the necessary documents is required as well
