Will I be charged if I only check the e-mail headers in Outlook Express / Microsoft Outlook and do not open my mails?

What will happen if I do the same with my web mail account?
Every e-mail delivered at Outlook Express / Microsoft®-Outlook is counted as a download; and therefore is chargeable on the basis of data transfer as per the standard tariff plan rate applicable. In case, a mail is opened through the web mail account, the charges will be applicable on the body/text of the email unless you view the attachment. Once you retrieve an attachment from a mail. you will be charged according to the size of data transfer.
