Worried over pending bills? Fretting over late payment charges? Matrix provides you with ways to avoid call barring and interruptions. Utilise one of the following bill payment options:

 

Pay by cash

Walk into any one of our Matrix offices in the Delhi / National Capital Region to pay your Vodafone bill by cash or by cheque. We have offices in Mehrauli, Gurgaon, Janakpuri, Noida and Faridabad.

 

Pay by cheque

Use the Matrix Business Reply Envelopes sent along with your Vodafone bills. You can either drop the cheques or courier it to any of our Delhi/NCR offices

 

Pay by credit card

Pay by your credit card and your outstanding bill amount will be directly debited from your account.

 

Fill a Pay by card enrollment form and we will debit your card on the 14th day from your bill date

Send the filled form along with a photocopy of both the sides of your credit card in a Matrix Business Reply Envelope.

 

Call +91 99998 88850 to get your monthly bill payment collected from your doorstep within 48 hours (standard call charges apply)

 

Pay by Electronic Clearing System (ECS) - Allow your outstanding bill amount to be directly debited from your bank account every month.

 

Call up Matrix customer care (+91 98111 88888) and get the ECS form at your doorstep

Fill up the ECS form and return it in the Matrix Business Reply Envelope, along with a cancelled cheque from your bank account. (Delhi/NCR banks only)

Once the necessary documentation is done, your mobile bill will be automatically debited from your bank account

The transaction will take place prior to the monthly payment due date
