Delivery timelines

Physical SIM – For all the orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, the orders are dispatched on the same day. All other orders like orders placed after 4 pm or orders placed on a non-working day, it is dispatched on the next working day. We use Blue Dart Express as our preferred courier partner. Generally it takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver a shipment. However for Delhi/ NCR and all metropolitan cities the shipment is delivered within 24 hrs. For all other state capital it takes 24 to 48 hours and for other remote locations it takes 48 – 72 hrs.

 

No delivery service is available on Sundays or listed Holidays. The tracking reference number is generated once the packet is ready for dispatch and the reference number is shared on the registered email id for tracking.    

 

E SIM – For an order relating to eSIM, QR code is sent on the registered email along with the installation instructions within 4 hours of placing the order subject to completion of the KYC.
